Meritage Wine Bar is a Mediterranean inspired wine bar serving small plates, cured meats, and entrees. Chef Howard Fay creates dishes utilizing classic French Techniques combined with a New American influence. 

Our dining rooms can accommodate parties up to 150 guests and can be figured for your next family gathering or celebration, business lunch or cocktail reception.  We offer a selection of seven private event menus designed to best fit the requested function and will provide one-on-one collaboration throughout, assisting in every way possible to execute your event.
